On February 5, Columbia Pipeline Partners LP, a NiSource Inc. company, announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 46,811,398 common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership at $23.00 per common unit.

CPG to Become Stand-alone Publicly Traded Company

On Sept. 28, 2014, NiSource announced that its Board of Directors approved in principle a plan to separate Columbia Pipeline Group into a stand-alone publicly traded company. The separation, expected to be complete by mid-2015, would result in two highly focused energy infrastructure companies.
