Columbia Pipeline Group Outlines Post-Separation Performance Outlook

On May 14, 2015, NiSource and CPG outlined their respective post-separation business strategies and growth outlooks while confirming additional details of the planned separation. Columbia Pipeline Group Announces Two Open Seasons

CPG recently announced binding open seasons for two new natural gas infrastructure projects that will enhance outlets for customers in the Appalachian Region. The Mountaineer XPress and Gulf XPress projects provide valuable transportation options for growing Marcellus and Utica shale supplies.

Columbia Pipeline Partners Closes Initial Public Offering

On Feb. 11, Columbia Pipeline Partners (a NiSource company) announced the closing of its initial public offering of 46,811,398 common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership at $23.00 per common unit. In addition to the common units issued at closing, 7,021,709 common units were issued pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional common units at the initial public offering price.
